These new Birfield joints are made from 4340 chromoly. The housing is larger to allow for a thicker walls. The internal parts are redesigned for more strength. The joint is cryo and heat treated and designed for rock crawling. Nitro Gear and Axle strives to provide the highest quality differential and axle components available.
