The factory 30 spline semi-float axle shafts are not built to withstand the added stress of larger tires and heavy offroad use. Nitro Gear and Axle has addressed this by Heavy Duty Chromoly Rear Axles. Not only are these stronger than the stock shafts, they also cost less! Sold Individually (EA).
