The CURT ActiveLink SE bike rack features a revolutionary hitch mounting system to make it faster and easier than ever to hook up the accessory you want to fully support your outdoor adventure. The system is hassle-free, and the rack holds up to two bikes, keeping them safe and secure for the journey. The ActiveLink system from CURT is built around an innovative hitch attachment system. After installing the ActiveLink shank into your receiver, you can quickly and easier attach whatever ActiveLink accessory you want, struggle-free. No more climbing down on your hands and knees to wrestle with rusty, grimy components. Simply install the ActiveLink shank once, and the integrated pivot point and plastic-lined receiver ensure everything lines up perfectly, every time. Plus, the shank allows you to swap out accessories with the greatest of ease, including the ActiveLink bike rack! This 2-bike rack model features high-strength steel construction and a capacity of 90 pounds for secure transportation of your bikes. It has rubber cradles for a secure hold and a rubber bumper along the vertical support to help protect the frames from marring and scratches. The bike rack also features a tilting frame for easy access to the trunk or other rear cargo area, and the arms can be folded down for compact storage of the bike rack when not in use. To help protect this CURT bike rack for the long haul, it comes with a dual finish of A-coat and durable black powder coat.
