It is durable enough to be drilled through for mounting winches and vices and features our signature black textured powder coat. It is easily mounted to the channel of any BulletProof Hitch and is secured by three pins. Rated up to 22,000 pounds. **When using with a winch, be sure to mount the Flat Plate Attachment in the highest setting**
