This particular tool box features a gull wing top with two lockable, key-operated lids, providing convenient half-box access from either the driver side or passenger side of the truck. To give the lids reliable strength, they feature our patented RigidCore foam-filled design. Layered between two sheets of aluminum, this core greatly increases structural integrity to prevent bending and warping and to ensure smooth opening and closing. The lids also feature self-opening struts to make it easy to open the tool box when your hands are full. To keep out moisture, dirt and even insects, each lid is also fitted with a MicroSeal gasket that seals off the inside of the tool box from the outside elements.
