Description
The Kwikee Step Motor Conversion Kit is a gearbox upgrade kit design for electric step improvement, creating better performance and a longer life. This conversion kit creates 40% more torque, giving your step a strong lock-out and a solid feel. It features fully-sealed ball bearings for extra efficiency, requires no maintenance, and has case halves that are sealed to keep consistent alignment and to protect the gears from the elements. The investment-cast zinc-plated steel linkage assembly is strong and more resistant to corrosion. And, there is now a brass spherical outer cage, with a hardened ball linkage, which is stronger, has increased longevity, and will not oblong. The 9510 Control Unit keeps the step open when the door is open and the step can be locked in the exended postiion, but not in the retracted position. The automatic ignition overide makes the step follow the door. This Step Motor Conversion Kit is available in A, B, and C linkage gearbox configurations.
